stuffed karela

Cook motton keema with adrak lasan masala salt haldi nd red chillie pwd....
 Make it dry... Peel the karela nd slit it...
 Wash it with salt water..stuffed the keema inside the karela.
 nd tie it with the thread. Starting frm one edge of the karela nd tie it to the other end....
 Heat oil in a kadai nd cook the karela on a low flame cover it with the lid..
 Like this turn it to the other side nd cook....
 When done take it out frm the kadai nd untie the thread....
 Your stuffed karela is ready to eat
