Oats And Sooji Chilla

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 tea cups oats.
2 cups sooji 1 1/2 cups curd.
Finally chopped onions and green chilies.
Coriander leaves.
1 tsp jeera pwd.
Salt as required.

METHOD

 Mix sooji oats curd and little water.
 Mix it well nd keep it aside for atleast 1/2 an hour.
 (water should be added according to the consistency,  not very thick nor thin)
 just before preparing the chilla add onion and the rest of the ingredients....
 Now take a nonstick tawa.
 Spread the mixture on the tawa nd put oil at the edges..
 Cook both the sides for few minutes...
 Now the delicious nd healthy chilla is ready..
 Serve with green chutney or ketchup as your child likes it. Believe me your children will enjoy it.
