Today I Will Show You How To Make Delicious Chicken Shawarma At Home Maintaining The Taste And Quality. Here I Used Maida Roti For Covering The Filling As Pita Bread Is Not Easily Available But You Can Use
Pizza Bread Instead. Here I Put Extra Mayonnaise And Cream Cheese. Try This On Saturday Evenings Or A Sunday Morning. You Will Love This Treat. My Guarantee

For The Dough:
Maida
Salt (as Per Taste)
Water

For The Spread :
Use Easily Available Schezwan Sauce (available For Rs.15/- Only)

Ingredients :
Chicken 1kg (boneless)
Schezwan Sauce (ready)
Egg Mayonnaise (ready)
Creamy Cheese (ready)
Potatoes 2 Nos
Cabbage 1 Small
Onion 1 Big
Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Salt (as Per Taste)

Directions :
1. Clean The Chicken And Make Boneless. Now Cut Into Strips. Marinate Chicken With Garlic Paste,Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Black Pepper And Salt.

2. In A Frying Pan Heat Oil And Add The Marination And Fry Until Nicely Cooked And Keep Aside This Marination.

3. Peal The Potatoes And Cut Into Long Strips. Deep Fry The Strips And Keep Aside.

4. Cut The Cabbage In Strips And Fry Lightly For 2 Mins Only.

5. Knead The Maida Dough With Water And A Pinch Of Salt To Make Maida Rotis
As We Make Regular Atta Rotis For The Filling And Lightly Fry To Get A Light Golden Colour. Make Atlest 8-10 Rotis

6. Till Now Hunger Panks Might Have Increased Just By The Smell So I Advice Without Delaying Anymore. We Start By Placing 8-10 Rotis In The Thaal. Now Spread The Schezwan Sauce Followed By Mayonnaise,
Creamy Cheese, Fried Chicken Marination, Fried Potatoes, Fried Cabbage, Onion Rings And Carefully Wrap The Filling As A Roll. Using A Tissue Paper Along With The Roll Will Help The Cheese From Falling. Now Add Creamy Cheese On The Open Side And Serve.
