Fried icecream

Fried icecream 🍮🍧


Egg whites- 3
Vanilla ice cream -2scoops
Sweet breadcrumbs -2.5 cups
Toppings
Beat egg whites till li'l fluffy
Put vanilla ice cream scoop in bread crumbs first n dan immediately in egg whites n quickly again in bread crumbs
Freeze for 10 - 12 hours
Repeat the egg white n bread crumbs coat
Freeze for 6 to 7 hours again..
The scoop shud be hardened by now. .
Just before serving
Heat sufficient oil to fry the scoop, keep full flame on the stove.. add a pinch of salt in oil(to maintain the oil's temperature) n immediately drop the scoop n wait for 30 40 secs
Turn the scoop around in oil the coat ll become golden brown n dan remove from oil n out on a tissue paper .. n quickly put in d serving dish n garnish wit chocolate fudge or sauce or whipped cream or caramel sauce or any other topping
Fresh fruits will also do!
Serve quickly...
P.s. It take one and a half or two days for the scoops to coat n harden
 
Fry only one scoop at a time
Always fry on highest flame
Each scoop must not take more dan one n a half minute to get fried!
