butterfly chicken sticks .

boneless chicken .
potato slices ..soaked in water with cap full of vinger for 1-2 hrs .
marinate the chicken with  butter, grated cheese; garlic paste, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, chat masala; red chilli powdr; red colour; salt; black pepper pwdr, lemon juice,mix it nicely and keep a side for 2-3 hrs in fridge ..
at the the time of frying add equal amount of both maida , cornflour .mix nicely  .and now skew in toothpick keeping the chicken piece in center of potato slice and fry in medium hot oil till done ...
take it out and sprinkle some grated cheese, spring onions , kothmir .

Rasagulla lassi sweet sponge smoothie

half glass leftover rasagulla do not squeeze the syrup 3/4 glass thick of creamy curd method blend togeather in a smoothie blender n serve

Poha dhokla.

250 grm poha
250 grm  curd
Chilly ginger paste

Poha ko pani dalker soak karo pani nikal jaye bad mey usmey curd, chilly  jinger paste daley or salt daal kar achi tarah smash kar ley  or  thali mey oil lagakar poha ka mixer usmey fela dey or 15 min dhokla kukar mey steam kar ley. After 15 min bahar nikalker tadka dey. Tadke ke liye oil garam karkey usmey rai, kadipatta daley or dhokley per daal dey.
        Aapkey healthy delicious dhokla ready to serve.

केसर पिस्ता कुल्फी

दूध - 1 लीटर (फुल क्रीम्)
ब्रेड स्लाइस - 4
पिस्ते - 1 टेबल स्पून (पतले पतले काट लीजिये)
चीनी - 100 ग्राम (आधा कप)
छोटी इलाइची - 4-5 (छील कर पाउडर बना लीजिये)
विधि
दूध को भारी तले के बर्तन में डाल कर गरम करने रखिये. उबाल आने के बाद एक कप दूध अलग निकाल लीजिये, बचे हुये दूध को आधा रहने तक उबालिये. थोड़ी थोड़ी देर में दूध को चमचे से चलाते रहिये ताकि दूध बर्तन के तले में न लगे. दूध गाड़ा होने के बाद आग से इसे उतार कर ठंडा कर लीजिये.

ब्रेड स्लाइस के चारो ओर से किनारे हटा दीजिये.  बचाये हुये एक कप दूध में केसर डालकर घोलिये.

अब गाड़ा किये दूध में ब्रेड तोड़ कर, चीनी अच्छी तरह मिक्स होने तक मिलाइये, केसर मिला दूध, इलाइची पाउडर और पिस्ते मिला कर चमचे से अच्छी तरह चलाये.

केसर पिस्ता कुल्फी जमाने के लिये मिश्रण तैयार है.  इसे आइसक्रीम मोल्ड या मनचाहे बर्तन में जमा दीजिये.  ये कुल्फी एकदम छोटे से मटके या छोटी कटोरियों में जमा सकते हैं. ये लगभग 4-8 घंटे में जम जायेंगी.

जमने के बाद केसर पिस्ता   को काटकर ऊपर से एक दो पीस कतरे पिस्ते के डालकर परोसिये.

KOYLA CHICKEN

Remove skin, wash and cut chicken into eight pieces . Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for two to three minutes.
Drain. Peel the tomatoes and puree them in a blender. Dry roast cashewnuts and coarsely grind. Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt for an hour.

Heat butter in a kadai. Add the marinated chicken and sauté for two minutes. Add slit green chillies and continue to sauté for a minute. Add tomato puree and half a cup of water and cover and cook on medium heat for fifteen minutes or till almost done. Add crushed cashewnuts and cover and simmer for three to four minutes or till chicken is tender. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and cook for a minute or till oil leaves the masala.

Stir in the fresh cream and mix gently. Remove from heat. Place coal on open flame and heat till it becomes red hot. Remove from heat and put the coal in a small steel bowl, place the bowl over the chicken, pour a tablespoon of warm ghee over the coal. As soon as it begins to smoke, cover the kadai with a lid.

Open the lid after ten minutes, remove bowl with coal and serve hot.

Vegetable Pancakes


Ingredients :
2 medium size onions finely chopped
2 cups cabbage grated
2 cucumbers grated
4 green chillies finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Routine spices as per taste
2 cups besan
1/2 cup flour
Oil

Method :
Make besan batter by adding all the routine spices and then add all the vegetables and mix everything properly. The batter should be not thin and not much thick also. In a non stick pan take 1 tsp oil and pour the batter to make small pancakes. When one side is done, turn it and cook the other side. Pancakes are ready. Serve with ketchup or chutney.

Boil 3-4 potatoes, peel, cut n keep aside. boil 1/2 kg black channa wid salt n haldi n keep aside.
boil 1/2 cup moong dal & 1/2 cup urad dal n make a pst.
in a wok, heat oil add curry leaves, rai, chilli pwd, haldi n salt.+ dahi, dal pst n mix well. + birista, potato pcs n boiled channa. cook on low flame n garnish wid , chopped tom, finely chopped onions n corriander. sprinkle sum chaat masala n channa masala as well

Butter paneer masala


Ingredients:

1/2 lb. paneer (cubed)
2 medium tomatoes
1 green chili
1/4 inch piece ginger
1/2 cup green peas (optional)
1/2 cup yogurt, whipped
2 tablespoons oil
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (lal mirch)
2 bay leaves (tajpat)
1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (Green coriander)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Method

Deep-fry the paneer on low-medium heat until the paneer has a little golden- brown color. Set aside.
Blend tomatoes, green chilly and ginger to make a puree.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Test the heat by adding one cumin seed to oil; if seed cracks right away oil is ready.
Add hing and cumin seeds.
After the cumin seeds crack, add the tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder and bay leaves. Cook for about 4 minutes on medium heat.
Tomato mixture will start to leave the oil and will reduce to about half in quantity.
Add the whipped yogurt into the gravy. Stir occasionally for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
To thicken the gravy, dissolve the cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of water and add to the gravy.
Add the green peas and paneer. Let it cook for a few minutes until the peas are tender.
Add the garam masala and cilantro. Add a little sugar if the gravy is sour.
Variations

You can substitute the yogurt with heavy cream for a richer flavor.
1 tablespoon of fresh or dried methi leaves (Fenugreek leaves) can be added at the end.
Add in the yogurt powder of 4 to 5 cashews to make it creamier.
This gravy can be used in any combination of vegetables you desire.

Cream cheese sandwich


Ingredients:

4 slices of bread I like to use firm bread
1/3 cup cream cheese
Cucumber about 4 inch long English or seedless (kheera, kakdi)
1/4 bell pepper this will make about 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (capsicum, Shimla mirch, pahadi mirch)
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger finely shredded, I use zester to shred the ginger
1 green chili finely chopped, optional and adjust to taste
Method

Peel the cucumber leaving the stripes unpeeled. Shred the cucumber, after shredding squeeze the water, we need about 1/4 cup shredded cucumber after squeezing the water. Set aside.
Cut the bell pepper in very small pieces and squeeze the water and pet dry, need about 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients, mix will have a texture of thick spread.
Spread the mix on two slices of sandwich bread, then close sandwiches with other slices of bread.
Remove the crest from the bread all sides and slice them in two parts. For clean cut keep the sandwiches aside and slice them after about half an hour.
Serve these sandwiches as a snack, or they are grate for lunch box, or picnic.

Chicken bake pie


Boil chicken marinated in green masala. N keep the stock.
Blanch vegetables ( i took cauliflower,capsicum,carrrot n spinach).
Take oil in a wok add maida n roast it. Add chicken stock n little water stirring continously so as no lumps r formed. As sauce becomes smooth add cream cheese, butter n milk to it. Thn add oragano, salt, pepper. Mix all well. Then add chicken n vegetables to ot n mix well.
Shift it in a baking tray n cover it with grated cheese n bake for 10 mints or till it is done.
Some of us like little tangy flavour ...so for it we can add tomato sauce to this n then put it for baking...its done ...enjoy
I took 500 gms chicken
2 capsicum
1 1/2 carrot
3 bunch of baby spinach
200 mgs cream.cheese
200 gms fresh cream
2 tbsp butter
7 tbsp of maida
1 cup milk
N masala n dry hurb as per taste.

BINT AL SAHN (YEMENI HONEY CAKE)

Dough Ingredients
4 cups of bread flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup of water + about 1/4 additional water, more or less
3/4 cup melted butter or ghee
1  tsp. salt
1  tsp. yeast
1/4 cup additional melted butter or ghee
Black cumin seeds or sesame seeds
1 Egg Yolk for the egg wash

HOW TO MAKE
Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup water. Mix flour, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup butter, salt, and yeast/water mixture together and knead for 10-15 minutes by hand or using a mixer. At this point, add the extra water slowly until the dough is soft and smooth but does not stick to your hands. I used about 1/4 cup additional water but this may vary depending on the climate where you live. Alternatively, place ingredients in bread machine on dough cycle until well kneaded. Cover and let dough sit and relax for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough in 8-10 pieces. Form each piece into a smooth ball with your hands and place on a flat surface, coat lightly with oil and cover with a towel. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Grease a 14-inch round cake pan (you can also use a 12 or 10-inch pan) and set aside. Take one dough ball and toss it out by hand or roll it out on clean flat surface until it is very thin and you can see through it. Place this layer into the bottom of the pan and drizzle with some melted butter.  Repeat this process for all 10 layers, each time adding a little bit of melted butter on top of each layer, except for the top layer.
Brush the toplayer with one beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin seeds or sesame seeds.
Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 18-20 minutes or until cake is golden brown

TAWA CHICKEN

Ingredients:

For Chicken:

Chicken - 250 grams Boneless, chopped into small pieces
Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu - 1.5 tblspn
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1.5 tblspn
Cornflour / Cornstarch - 1.5 tblspn
Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp (Recipe here )
Salt to taste
Oil for Deepfrying

For Masala:

Oil - 1 tblspn
Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 to 2 tblspn (Recipe here )
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder - 1 tblspn or to taste
Onions - 1 medium size sliced thinly
Capsicum / Bell Peppers - 1/2 sliced thinly
Tomatoes - 1 sliced thinly
Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped

Method:

- Take all the ingredient given in the chicken list, except oil and mix well, add little water as needed.

- Drop it in hot oil and fry till golden and cooked. Drain onto some paper towel. Set aside.

- Heat 1 tblspn oil in a kadai, add in chilli garlic paste and saute for a min or so.

- Add in salt and sugar. Add in pav bhaji masala and mix well.

- Add in fried chicken and toss well, add in onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Toss on high heat for 3 to 5 mins.

- Add in coriander leaves and serve hot!!

Method
Take thuli and soak in hot water for 1 hr , meanwhile roughly chop onions,chop ginger garlic n green chili, wash n cut boneless chicken into cubes, mix all the things in soaked thuli and tk apprx 1 big spoon oil in kadai heat it n pour in thuli.. cook on medium flame, once the khichda is ready..do vagar of lasan n serve like khicda ..ghee birasta fudino garam masalo..aadu chips n serve it hot wth limboo..n enjoy wth tandoor roti /naan

Plum.. Due to its taste is at times not preferred by kids..Through the following recepie we can make it more delicious and favourable for kids too..

Plums and prunes help increase the absorption of iron into the body, which may be due to the fact that they are a good source of vitamin C.

Ingredients :

1/2 KG red plums
1 cup sugar

Method:
--------------

* Stew plums and sugar.

* Add 2tblsp apple cider vinegar

* And strain it out through a seine or muslin cloth.

Your sauce is ready..

U can store it in refrigerator for 3-4 months.

Serve it with ice cream, soufflé, custard or biscuits.

Tip:
-----

U can add 1/2 cup of chicken stock to it and make a plum sauce for ur chicken too.. Dry or gravy Chicken cooked with plum sauce tastes delicious.

Oats ni idlis


1-cup oats
3/4-cup ravo
1-cup dahi
1-Gajar
1or2-green chilli
1/2-tsp.khava no soda.salt
oats ne dry roast kari ne grind kari ne aato banavi levo
pachi tema salt ravo carrot green chilli n dahi mix kari  jaroor hoi etlu pani nakhi idli nu khiru tayyar karvu .... 15-20min rehva devu.
idli banava na time par khavano soda mix kari idli steam kari levi(10-15min.)...enjoy with chutney.

Chicken Angaraa

Marinate chic with dahi tandoori masala garam masala salt red chilli powder n little haldi. Keep for 2 hours.
Make birista b grind it with tomatoes cashew paste is optional.
Now in a pot take oil put whole garam masala like pepper long n taj add jeera n now put the marinated chicken let it cook when half done add the birista paste n mix. Cook till done.do dunga ar

CHICKEN SIZZLER WITH GARLIC RICE


Ingerdients:

for garlic rice:
1: rice 250g (boiled with salt 1 tbsp)
2: oil 1/4 cup
3: fresh garlic 1 tbsp heaped (crushed)
4: soya sauce 5 tbsp
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: black pepper powder 1 tsp
for chicken marination:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
2: white vinegar 4 tbsp
3: soya sauce 4 tbsp
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
for batter:
1: egg 1
2: plain flour 6 tbsp
3: corn flour 9 tbsp
4: baking powder 1 tsp
5: salt 1/2 tsp
6: crushed red chilli 1 stp
7: water 3 tbsp
for gravy:
1: oil 1/4 cup
2: fresh garlic 1 tsp (crushed)
3: soya sauce 1/4 cup
4: sweet chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup
5: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
6: water 2 cups
7: corn flour 1 tbsp (heaped)
8: bell pepper 1 large (deseeded cut in length)
9: spring onion 2 (chopped)
for sauce:
1: mayonnaise 1 cup
2: white vinegar 3 tbsp
3: sweet chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Recipe:

for garlic rice:
1: boil rice with salt, drain and keep aside.
2: heat oil add garlic and fry till golden, on high flame.
3: add boiled rice, soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder mix well and keep aside for serving with the chicken.
for chicken:
1: in a bowl add chicken, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, black pepper mix well, cover and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
2: then add the ingredients under bater mix well.
3: heat oil pick 2 to 3 pieces together and fry till golden, keep on kitchen towel to remove extra oil.
4: to make gravy, in a pan heat oil add garlic fry till golden.
5: add sweet chilli garlic sauce, soya sauce, crushed red chilli, water and wait for a boil on high flame.
6: mix a little water with corn flour to make a paste, add this mixture in the gravy and cook till gets thick.
7: now add bell pepper, spring onion, fried chicken mix well.
8: make sauce: mix the ingredients under sauce.
9: heat the sizzler plate on the stove.
10: add 1 tsp oil and add the garlic rice, this help the rice from sticking to the sizzler, add the chicken mixture.
11: add the sauce on top.
12: serve hot and enjoy.

kheer puri

kheer puri ...for rava kheer ..fry rava in very little ghee ..add sugar ..milk n  badam pwd ..cook til done .. kheer shudnt be too liquidy ..cool ... n then refrigerate it ..take paani puri 's puri ..stuff kheer in it ..garnish wit chaaroli n pista flakes .. !!!!its ready ..enjoy 😋

Reshmi handi


Ingredients

Boneless chicken pieces ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Capsicum (sliced) 1
Onion (sliced) 1
Butter 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 300g
Oil ¼ cup
Coal for smoke
Cooking Directions

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken with ginger garlic paste and fry until it changes the color.

Add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper and cook for a few minutes.

Now add capsicum and onion; cook until chicken tender.

Add butter and lemon juice; mix it and remove from heat.

Place a piece of roti on chicken, place a piece of burning coal on it, drizzle a few drops of oil on burning coal. Cover quickly.

After 8 minutes, remove coal; add cream and serve hot.

Bread pizza

In a small bowl mix 2 table spoon  tomato ketchup  I tablespoons chilli garlic sauce  spread on pizza  1 onion nicely chopped and quarter  capsicum nicely chopped spread on pizza  sprinkle salt and garlic  powder   grate cheese on top  and bake for 20 min at 150 degree   do not use Morzella  cheese  cut the pizza into sticks before baking
