Chicken Schezwan

Chicken Schezwan Recipe


Boneless chicken pieces
Ginger garlic paste
Vinegar (little) 
Green chilli sauce
Orange Red food colour
Maida
Egg
Salt  
Marinate chiken for a few hours in the above ingrediants n fry
Heat oil.add shezwan chutny in good amount...add red chilli sauce,tomato sauce and a little vinegar.Add fried chiken pieces n stir well.and cook well till chiken ia well coated in sauce.add apring onion whites diagonally cut and sum capsicum. Switch off gas n add spring onions leaves...
