KOTHMIR GOSHT

KOTHMIR GOSHT🍖
   INGRIDIENTS
☆___________________☆
1) meat 1/2 kg
2) onions 4 medium sized (chopped)
3) tomato 1 ( chopped)
4) red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
5) turmeric 1 tea spoon
6) salt to taste
7) coriander leaves ( 1 big bowl...chopped)🌿
8) ginger-garlic paste 1 tea spoon
9) garam masala 1 tea spoon
10) oil 3 table spoon
      METHOD
_________________
In a cooker, heat the oil and saute the onions till light brown.
Add meat, all spices (except garam masala) and tomato.
Now pressure cook this till it boils and cooks properly.
Mix this till meat becomes tender ....add garam masala and the coriander leaves and cook for 5 mins
This is now ready to serve...
Can be served with chapati or rice

Dabba Gosht

Ingredients For Dabba Gosht:
1. Mutton 500 grams (cut into small pieces)
2. Eggs 6
3. Onions 2
4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
5. Tomatoes 2 (sliced finely)
6. Bread 2 slices (soaked in water)
7. Dry fruits- almonds and cashews (paste) 3 tablespoons
8. Green chillies 6 (chopped finely)
9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
10. Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
11. Pepper ground 2 tablespoons
12. Curd 100 grams
13. Ghee ' a cup
14. Salt as per taste

Procedure For Dabba Gosht:
Marinate the mutton with curd, ginger garlic paste, pepper, cumin powder and salt for about an hour.
Heat ghee in a deep pan and saute the onions in it.
Prepare a gravy of the rich paste of dry fruits. All you have to do is soak them in water overnight and grind them in the mixer-grinder.
Cook the marinated mutton in the oil once the gravy starts turning brown.
Add green chillies, salt and tomatoes; stir occasionally until the mutton is more or less cooked. Don't use too much water to cook the mutton. There should be hardly any water left in the gravy by now.
Now mash the soaked bread and mix it into the gravy.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of red chilli powder and salt; cook half of it in a shallow pan.
Place these cooked eggs at the base of a baking pan and spread out the cooked mutton on tops of it. Pour the rest of the beaten eggs on it and also the remaining ghee; microwave it for 7 to 10 minutes.
Dabba Gosht is ready to eat with rotis or parathas. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves if you want.

-   Ingredients

750 gms mutton (cut into pieces)

8 red chillies

3 tsp poppy seeds (lightly roasted)

1" piece ginger

12 flakes garlic

4 onions (sliced fine and fried crisp)

4 green cardamom

4 cloves

2" piece cinnamon

A bunch of coriander leaves (finely chopped)

A handful of pudina, chopped

10 almonds (blanched and chopped fine)

1 cup beaten curd

6 green chilies split

Salt to taste

Methods

1. Grind the red chillies, poppy seeds, ginger and garlic. 2. To the mutton add the beaten curd, red chillies, masala, chopped coriander leaves, crushed fried onion and salt to taste. 3. Heat ghee, add the whole masala and allow spluttering. Pour this over the mutton, also adding the split green chilies. Pressure-cook or cover tightly and cook till tender. Sprinkle chopped almonds. Serve hot..

Arabi Gosht

Arabi Gosht🍲

Preparation Method: 

Take Ghee or oil in a pan. Amount of oil to ones like.

Put Chopped onions in it and fry for two minutes

put chopped garlic and fry for two minutes

add chopped ginger and again fry for two minutes

add chopped chillies and fry for 5 minutes

add termeric poweder

add salt to taste

When the spices release oil and give out fragrance, add  boiled mutton into it

then add mutton stock . Place the lid . Allow all stock to reduce till oil is released.

Take it into serving plate. Garnish it with egg slices , grated cheese and corriender.

Ingredients: 

500 Gm Boneless Mutton

2 Cup Mutton Stock

2 Cup finely chopped onions

1/2 Cup finely choppen garlic and 1/2 cup finely chopped ginger

1/2 cup finely choppen green chillies

1/2 tea spoon termeric powder

Salt to taste

Two boiled eggs

Finely grated cheese

Choppen corriender

Bhuna gosht

Bhuna gosht
- Ingredients

Half a kg of mutton, 2 finely sliced onions Ginger and garlic paste 1½ tsp of Turmeric and red chilli powder Salt to taste.

Methods

To reduce cooking time in this dish, it can be heated in a pressure cooker and the onions can be fried till golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook, adding turmeric and red chilli powder. Continue stirring till fried and put in the cleaned meat; stir frying it along with the other stuff. When the entire lot is brown and the masalas are dry, add a little water, just enough to cook the meat tender. Pressure cook, but dry away any excess water, till only a coating of gravy stays.

Pasta

Pasta ...boil 1/2 cup macroni in a vessel adding salt n little oil then strain it .....now heat oil in a wok add little chopped garlic n ginger then add chopped onions n fry it for sometime then add chopped tomatoes n sauté ..then add chopped vegetables(carrot, capsicum) n cook then add tomato ketchup n black pepper. pwd.also add oregano n grated cheese..mix well.once done then add the macroni to it..pasta ready to eat.

Paneer paratha

Paneer paratha...grate paneer add in it green chilis jeera red chili pd turmeric pd salt chat masala coriander leaves yor stufng is ready....prepare a dough eithr of wheat flour or refind flour vid salt n oil...make a ball stff d stuffng n roll in to a thick roti ....cook it vid butter or ghee ...paratha is ready...u cn also add cheese vd paneer

Palak paneer paratha

Palak paneer paratha ......wheat flour 2 cups  3/4 cups....250 grm spinach......add 1 green chili n 1 inch ginger piece along with the spinach leaves for making paste of palak ......for stuffing paneer 11/2 cup crumbled paneer .....1/2 cup corriender leaves 1 TSP jeera pwd 2 chopped green chilies 1 TSP red chilli pwd n salt .....nead the flour adding salt oil n spinach paste cover it n keep it aside for 15 - 20 min so that it gets fermented ......for stuffing .....in a crumbled paneer add cumin pwd red chilli pwd chopped green chilli salt n chopped corriender leaves n mix well......now take little amount of dough n make a round ball roll it .....layer the paneer stuffing on the paratha n close frm all sides n flatten it ......now heat the tawa spread some oil n place the paratha n roast it frm both sides ....now your delicious palak paneer paratha is ready to eat 😋

Ingredients for Ragda Pattice Recipe in Hindi

सूखे पीले मटर – 1 कप (Dried yellow peas)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट – T spoon (Green chilli paste)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1/2 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
कड़ी पता – 10 (Curry leaves)
हींग – 1 pinch (Asafoetida)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – T spoon (Red chilli powder)
जीरा पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin powder)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
काला नमक – 1/4 T spoon (Black salt)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
गरम मसाला – 1/2 T spoon (Garam masala)
खाना सोडा – 1/4 T spoon (Baking soda)

पेटिस बनाने के लिये

आलू – 5 (Potato)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
अदरक – T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
कॉर्न फ्लौर – T spoon (Corn flour)
ब्रेड पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (Bread powder)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

चाट को परसते समय

चाट मसाला – T spoon (Chat masala)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
धनिया पता की चटनी – 1/2 cup (Coriander chutney)
इमली की चटनी – 1/2 cup (Tamarind chutney)
सेव – 1 cup (Sev)
धनिया पता – 1/2 कप (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)

How to Make Ragda Pattice Recipe – विधि

★ मटर में पानी डाल कर 10 घंटे के लिये भिगोने रखे, अब मटर को कुकर में डाले, अब उसमे नमक, खाना सोडा और ५ कप पानी डाल कर उबालने रख दे, प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च को काट कर रख लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब उसमे डाले राय,कड़ी पता और हींग डाल कर भुने, अब कटा हुआ प्याज़, हरी मिर्च और अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डाल कर 4 मिनट तक भुने, प्याज़ भुने के बाद उबला हुआ मटर डाल कर भुने, उसके बाद लाल मिर्च पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, काला नमक, धनिया पाउडर, काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, हल्दी, गरम मसला डाल कर मिलाये.

★ अब आधा मटर अलग निकाल कर उसे मैस करके फिर उसी में डाल दीजिये, उसके बाद एक कप पानी डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाकर 10 मिनट तक पकाकर गैस बंद कर दीजिये.

★★ पेटिस बनाने के लिये ★★

★ आलू को उबाल कर छीलिये और आलू को मैस कर लीजिये, आलू में हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट, बारीक़ कटा हुआ अदरक, कॉर्न फ्लौर, नमक,ब्रेड पाउडर और हल्दी डाल कर मिलाये.

★ आलू मिश्रण से तोडा सा मिश्रण निकालिये, हाथ से गोल करके हथेली पर रखकर दबाकर चपटा कीजिये, इसी तरह सारे पेटिस बना लीजिये, अब एक नॉन-स्टिक पेन में एक या दो चम्मच तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, अब पेटिस रख कर दोनों और गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक फ्राई कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक प्लेट में 2 पेटिस रख कर उसके ऊपर २ चमच रगड़ा (मटर मिश्रण) डाले, उसके ऊपर इमली चटनी, कटा हुआ प्याज़, धनिया पता, सेव डाले, अब ऊपर से चाट मसाला डाले, गरमा गरम रगड़ा पेटिस तैयार.

Get a lazaniya sheets frm supermarket.
Lasagniya sheets 2-3
Capsicum- Red, yellow, green
Brocollis
White sauce
Boneless chicken
Oregano
Salt
Fr batter-
Chopped capsicum. Better if u get ol da colors of it, n saute it in an olive oil n add pinch of salt n oregano in tat. Keep aside.
Add brocolli in a pan, same saute it wit a salt n a oregano n aside.
Instead of boilin chicken in same regular gg paste n ol, u cn grill da chicken dices wit sum spicy masala n add into lasagniya..
Now tke a bowl, spread da layer of capsicums, den white sauce, brocollis,  chicken, lasagniya sheet n same repeat it agn. Spread mozarella cheese n bake it!.

wholewheat flour dough(roti wala dough)
Stuffing:-
home made paneer
chopped onion
green chillies
green coriander
grated garlic
salt
crushed black pepper
rec chilli flakes

little oil or ghee

Method:-
heat a pan.
add butter.
saute garlic.
n switch off the flame.
mix chopped onion,grated paneer,chillies ,chilli flakes ,coriander salt and black pepper.
add butter garlic in stuffing.
Stuffing is ready..

Process:-
1.Roll a roti with help of rolling pin.
spread some stuffing in half area.(roti)
2.you can add grated cheese over stuffing(i skipped).
3.cover half stuffed portion with extra half plain roti.
4.put it on hot tawa.
5.Fry it with little oil or ghee.
6.when crispy from both sides.
7.spread some Amul cheese spread
and dominos seasoning.
8.cut vertically with pizza cutter.

Kalimiri kebabs

🍢🍢Kalimiri kebabs 🍢🍢

Its a very simple recipe with all easily available ingredients at home in hand...no special herbs or masala which we go n asking on shops..n they r not available at many places.U can make this instantly also ..only the marination time should be minimum 3-4 hours.

Ingredients :--📝
8-10 boneless chicken pieces around 500 gm
1tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp fresh green chilli paste
10-15 whole black pepper, roasted n ground to  course powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp thick or hanged curd
1 tbsp wheat flour
1tbsp besan
1 egg
2 tbsp amul cream

Method :---🍜
Mix all the ingredients n marinate for max 3-4 hours. Then in a pan stir fried the kebabs with a lil oil...till golden brown in colour ..n cooked from inside..Its ready..u can eat as it is...or even give an additional tadka .

🍲For tadka..Take some butter in a pan n fry zeera n chopped fresh green garlic both leaves n cloves. Sprinkle a lil maida n add stir fried chicken piece to it n saute a lil..Its done.🍜🍲🍢🍢

Mix Dal Dosa

Ingredients for Mix Dal Dosa Recipe in Hindi

चना दाल – 1 कप (Bengal gram)
अरहर दाल – 3/4 कप (Pigeon peas)
मूंग दाल – 1/4 कप (Yellow moong dal)
उरद दाल – 1/4 कप (White lentil)
चावल – 1 कप (Rice)
सूखी लाल मिर्च – 8 (Dry red chilli)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustrad seeds)
कड़ी पत्ता – 10 -15 (Curry leaves)
प्याज़ – 1 (0nion)
अदरक – 2 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
धनिया पत्ता – 1/4 कप (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Mix Dal Dosa Recipe – विधि

★ सबी दाल और चावल को 7 – 8 घंटे तक पानी में भिगो कर रखे.

★ अब दाल और चावल, सूखी लाल को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. अब उसमे नमक डाल कर मिला लीजिये.

★ प्याज़ को पतला काट लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में 1 चम्मच तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद कड़ी पत्ता, प्याज़, अदरक, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर 2 मिनट पका कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण को दोसा बेटर में डाल कर मिलाये.

★ दोसा बनाने के लिये नानस्टिक तवा गैस पर रखिये हल्का गरम कीजिये और तवे पर थोड़ा सा तेल डालकर चारों ओर फैलाइये, घोल लेकर तवे पर एक बड़ा चमचा मिश्रण भरकर तवे के बीच में डालिये और चमचे को गोल गोल घुमाते हुये दोसे को तवे पर पतला फैलाइये. थोड़ा सा तेल चम्मच से दोसे के चारों ओर डालिये. दोसे को दोनों और सेक लीजिये. इसी तरह जितने दोसे बनते है बना लीजिये. गरमा गरम मिक्स दाल दोसा तैयार.

Mix together 1 cup tomato ketchup,1 cup curd,1 tbsp orange tang powder,salt n 1/2 tbsp wheat flour.gradually add to the chicken.keep on low flame till cooked thoroughly.Add basil leaves n serve

Schezwan sauce

Heat oil in a pan... Add finely chopped garlic nd ginger... Fry it for some time... Then add red chillie paste saute for sometime till the oil saperates.. Then add 1/2 tsp soya sauce.. 1 tsp red chillie sauce tittle salt nd 1 tsp sugar... Add little water nd heat it. Your schezwan sauce is ready.
 For chillie paste deseed the red dry chillies nd soak it in hot water nd then grind it to a paste.

for the tikka ; marinate 500 gms boneless chkn cubes in 1 cup hung curd, 2 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala pwdr, 1 tsp zeera pwdr, 1 tsp green chilly paste, juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste, keep aside for 3 -4 hours. Put d marinated chkn in a pan n cook on hi flame till all d moisture dries n d masala sticks to d chikn pieces. In a non stick pan heat 3 tbsp butter n shallow fry d cooked chkn till slightly browned ( it takes 2 mins to fry) .          

 For d sauce : mix 1 cup fresh cream, 3 tbsp curd, half tsp zeera pwdr, 1 tbsp crushed garlic, half tsp chat masala pwdr n 1 tsp corn flour n cool it on a low flame stirring till it thickens add salt pepper n turn off d flame. Give coal ka dhuan to d cooked tikka pieces for that smokey flavr. Lastly assemble d smoked tikka pieces on a serving platter, drizzle d garlic cream sauce, garnish wid chopped coriander n sprinkle chat masala n serve. Enjoy !

Ingredients
4 tsp. chocolate syrup
8 OREO Cookies, divided
1 cups milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions
SPOON  1 tsp. syrup into each of 4 glasses. Roll each glass to coat bottom and inside of glass. Finely chop 4 cookies; set aside.
QUARTER  remaining cookies; place in blender. Add milk and ice cream; blend until smooth.
POUR  into prepared glasses; top with chopped cookies. Serve immediately.

100 ml milk
150 gm flour
2 eggs
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
50 gm chopped walnuts

Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk together.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix.
Bake in a square baking tin at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.

Carrot Cake Recipe



Ingredient
1-1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
80 grams oat flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup palm sugar
1/4 cup Saffola oil
2 large eggs
1 cup packed finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
To begin making the Carrot Cake Recipe, first preheat oven 180 C
Grease and flour a 9 inch spring foam pan or a bread loaf pan or a bundt pan. Keep aside
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and keep aside
In a large bowl or the bowl of the stand mixer; beat together the oil, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the flour mixture and the carrots and beat until well combined
Fold in the walnuts and spoon the batter into the prepared cake pan and place it to bake in the preheated oven. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until when a tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean
Once the cake is baked, remove from the oven
Allow it to cool for a little bit and serve warm along with a cup of chai or coffee or even along with a glass milk for breakfast

Boneless chicken pieces
Ginger garlic paste
Vinegar (little) 
Green chilli sauce
Orange Red food colour
Maida
Egg
Salt  
Marinate chiken for a few hours in the above ingrediants n fry
Heat oil.add shezwan chutny in good amount...add red chilli sauce,tomato sauce and a little vinegar.Add fried chiken pieces n stir well.and cook well till chiken ia well coated in sauce.add apring onion whites diagonally cut and sum capsicum. Switch off gas n add spring onions leaves...

Egg whites- 3
Vanilla ice cream -2scoops
Sweet breadcrumbs -2.5 cups
Toppings
Beat egg whites till li'l fluffy
Put vanilla ice cream scoop in bread crumbs first n dan immediately in egg whites n quickly again in bread crumbs
Freeze for 10 - 12 hours
Repeat the egg white n bread crumbs coat
Freeze for 6 to 7 hours again..
The scoop shud be hardened by now. .
Just before serving
Heat sufficient oil to fry the scoop, keep full flame on the stove.. add a pinch of salt in oil(to maintain the oil's temperature) n immediately drop the scoop n wait for 30 40 secs
Turn the scoop around in oil the coat ll become golden brown n dan remove from oil n out on a tissue paper .. n quickly put in d serving dish n garnish wit chocolate fudge or sauce or whipped cream or caramel sauce or any other topping
Fresh fruits will also do!
Serve quickly...
P.s. It take one and a half or two days for the scoops to coat n harden
 
Fry only one scoop at a time
Always fry on highest flame
Each scoop must not take more dan one n a half minute to get fried!

Now make a batter with
egg,maida,salt,pepper, cornflour, (red colour optional)

Adding elaichi powder thn add custard powder dissolved in milk, condensed milk blanched dried fruits remove frm gas thn add sitaphal pulp blend wt a blender set n thn add rasgullas removed frm sugar syrup so kp d custard apple milk little less sweet other wise after adding rasgullas it bcome too sweet finally garnish wt dry fruits n rose petals

Cook motton keema with adrak lasan masala salt haldi nd red chillie pwd....
 Make it dry... Peel the karela nd slit it...
 Wash it with salt water..stuffed the keema inside the karela.
 nd tie it with the thread. Starting frm one edge of the karela nd tie it to the other end....
 Heat oil in a kadai nd cook the karela on a low flame cover it with the lid..
 Like this turn it to the other side nd cook....
 When done take it out frm the kadai nd untie the thread....
 Your stuffed karela is ready to eat

450 gm boneless chicken....
1 cup curd....
1/2 lime.....
Everest chicken masala 2 to 3 tbs.....
150 gm capsicum...
150 gm cabbage....
150 gm carrot....
Tomatoe sauce....
3 to 4 tbs vinegar....
Salt nd pepper.....

For sauce....
4 to 5 tomatoes....
Mayonese.... 4 to 5 tbs.....
Sugar 1 tbs.....
Red chillie pwd....
Pepper nd salt.....
Oregano.....
Chillie flakes.....


Method.....

Marinate chicken in curd lime juice nd Everest masala.... For 2 hours.....
Add butter in  kadai,  add the chicken nd cook on slow flame....
Add water if required.... Nd then dry it...
When done do the dhungar......

For sauce....
Blanch the tomotoes nd then make the puree of it.....
Add salt pepper..
Chillie pwd nd sugar....
heat it also add Oregano nd chillie flakes. as required.
When cool mix Mayonese in it......
Vegetables.... Chop the vegetables length wise....
In a pan put butter or oil nd saute the vegetables on high flame...
Add salt nd pepper...
Tomatoe sauce, vinegar nd 1 tbs water cook it...
The vegetables should be a bit raw...
Do not cook it totally......
Now place the rice in the middle of the serving plate,  surrounding with vegetables....
In the middle put the chicken nd sauce over it....
Serve hot......
Grease the aluminium container nd put the rice in it nd turn it upside down  on a plate..

Tke a breast piece chicken, mark a cut into it. Add lemon, salt, gg paste, ol sookha masala, zeera powder, tandoori powder, garam masala powder, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper sauce, worchestiere sauce, n merenate overnight. Den at da time of cookin, put matka on fire. Add butter, 2 slit green chillies n da chicken. Close matka wit sum lid. N let it cook on low flame.. check if chicken secretes more water, so drain it lil. N agn keep it on a low flame for few more minutes.
Garnish wit coriander leaves....

Method :-
Mix milk powder, rawa, cardamon powder, baking powder, Kaser, egg n ghee now make a dough nicely it should be like our chapatis dough n make small balls
Now boil milk with sugar then put kawra water ( optional) n kesar once it started boiling put ball in it now cook for few minutes Now cook it in medium heat for few minutes then cool on simmer till it's done n garnish it with dry fruits

Ingredients

Chicken (cut into 8 pieces) 1 kg
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 6-7
Onion 1 large (chopped)
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp (coarsely ground)
Tomato puree 2tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2 (finely chopped)
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Vinegar 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp + 3 tbsp water.
Chopped coriander leaves 3-4 tbsp

Method
Boil chicken in 2 cups of water take out chicken from stock add ½ cup milk in stock and mix keep a side.
In a wok heat ghee fry chopped onion till color changed.
Add cumin, ginger and garlic fry for a while add black pepper and coriander seed.
Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree and fry for a while.
Add boiled chicken stir to fry well add chopped green chili, salt and vinegar and sugar.
Add stock, bring boil now add corn flour dissolved in water.
Mix well add half coriander and dish out garnish with coriander and serve.

Gravy:hot oil fry whole gar mas (elaichi long dalchini)
fry 1 cup chopped onion till soft
add gr ch 1 1/2 cup chopped methi n saute
add dhaniya pwd n chk pcs.cook on full flame.
add black pep pwd gar mas pwd add little water cover it with lid n cook till done.
lastly add 1/2 cup cream n serve with pararthas

1 cup Gram Flour
1 cup Shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup finely chopped french beans
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp chopped carrot
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
Oil for deep frying
Directions
Mix All ingredients to make a batter tighter than that of pakoda batter.
Leave it for an hour, veggies will release their own water.
Now the consistency of the batter would be like that of pakoda better
Heat oil in a wok/kadai & fry small pakodas of ready batter.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup

With a rolling pin, even out bread. Cut out round pieces using a glass.
Put two slices of bread together, put bread crumbs and dip in egg, deep fry it.
Then slit in the middle, it becomes like a pocket.
Now for the filling to put inside the pocket:
Boil chicken with salt and haldi then shred it. Cut carrot, capsicum, cabbage. Pour oil n butter in frying pan, put salt, chilli paste, carrot, capsicum, cabbage -saute it.
Remove it from fire. When cooled, add mayonnaise to the chicken mixture and fill inside the pockets.

N roll chapati wit a tissue paper..
U cn add shreded chicken also. N tomato ketchup fr tangy taste..

Dry ingredients:-
11/2cup maida
11/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp custard powder(skip if you don't have) or 2tbsp cornflour

Wet ingredients:-
1cup powdered sugar
1/2cup cream (I used homemade)
1cup milk(not cold)
2-3tbsp curd
1/2cup butter (I used homemade)
2 tbsp olive oil or any odourless oil(I used olive).
1tbsp vanilla essence

Process:
Preheat cooker on gas by putting 1 bowl salt and a stand or something that makes a height of 1 inches between the base of cooker and baking dish.
Grease the baking tin and set aside.
Sieve the dry ingredients twice.set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients and use a beater to make it fluffy and airy.i used an electric beater to beat.takes about 2-3 minutes.mix the dry ingredients into wet by folding gently. Add tutti Frutti if you want.
Pour the batter into greased tin.don't take much time to put it into cooker.
Bake for 30 mins without pressure after closing the cooker.
And the cake is ready.
Check after 30 mins with a fork.if doesn't comes out clean bake for 5 -7 mins more.

Accompaniments: Baked Potatoes, Boiled Mixed Veggies, Green Salad, Pita
Serves: 3
INGREDIENTS
200-250 grams tilapia (or any other white fish such as cod, snapper, tilapia)
1 Tbsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp tandoori powder
(1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp tomato paste (heaped)
1 Tbsp oil

Rinse the fish in cold water, cut into chunks and soak in some water with some lemon juice. Rinse again and pat dry.Mix all the ingredients, apart from the fish, together. Taste the marinade and add any more salt/chili/lemon to your preference.

Coat the fish with the marinade.Line an oven-proof dish with foil and grease with oil.Place the coated fish in the pan and cover. Let the fish marinate for about an hour  in the fridge.

Bake at 180℃ for 6to8 minutes till the fish flakes easily with a fork. This depends on the thickness and the type of fish you are using, so judge accordingly. Turn the oven up to the ‘grill’ setting to brown the top of the fish, about 3 minutes.Garnish with lemon and cilantro leaves.This marinade can also be used for BBQ fish or for fish skewers.

Take chicken boneless and cut them into tikka size pcs...
Marinate it with
Salt
Pepper
Hung curd (thick curd widout water)
Little oregano
Freshly grinded ginger garlic & green chilly paste
Finely chopped fresh coriander..

Marinate for 5-6 hrs

Now add little melted butter to the marinated chicken and grill these tikkas...

Just Before serving
Take butter in a wok and add nice amount of finely chopped garlic and saute well but don't burn...
Now add sum salt and oregano and fresh cream & just one slice of amul cheese... stir this sauce and off the flame...

Now assemble these tikkas in the serving plate and pour this sauce over it garnish with coriander and serve hot

Note:: dont make the sauce very liquidy... keep it little thick and it tastes heavenly 

Chatpata potatoes and pomegranate salad



Chatpata potatoes and pomegranate salad.....
1kg boiled baby potatoes.
2 pomegranate.
Tamarind nd Jaggery chutney.
Roasted jeera pwd.
Black salt.
Pepper pwd.
White salt.
Green chillies chopped.
Coriander chopped.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together.
Your Chatpata salad is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 tea cups oats.
2 cups sooji 1 1/2 cups curd.
Finally chopped onions and green chilies.
Coriander leaves.
1 tsp jeera pwd.
Salt as required.

METHOD

 Mix sooji oats curd and little water.
 Mix it well nd keep it aside for atleast 1/2 an hour.
 (water should be added according to the consistency,  not very thick nor thin)
 just before preparing the chilla add onion and the rest of the ingredients....
 Now take a nonstick tawa.
 Spread the mixture on the tawa nd put oil at the edges..
 Cook both the sides for few minutes...
 Now the delicious nd healthy chilla is ready..
 Serve with green chutney or ketchup as your child likes it. Believe me your children will enjoy it.

Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken
INGREDIENTS

1 kg Whole Chicken (Cut into 4 halves)
300 gms Curd
3 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (Mild)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Hot)
2 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Dhania Powder
1 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
½ tsp Tandoori Red Food Color
3 tblsp Maida
1 tblsp G/G/GC Paste
½ cup Oil
Lemon Juice for Taste
Salt to Taste

Chat Masala Powder for GarNICHE
Chopped Mint Leaves & Coriander for GarNICHE
Oil for Frying
METHOD
Clean, wash chicken and pat dry it. Make diagonal slits on the flesh of the chicken deep till the bones. Sprinkle salt evenly all over the chicken and keep it aside for about an hour.
In a large mixing vessel add curd and all the dry masala powder, G/G/GC paste, oil, lemon juice as per taste, red food color, salt as per taste and mix well.
Add chicken and massage the chicken well with the marination. Cover the chicken with marination and keep it aside or about 4 hour.
After four hours uncover the chicken and stir once again. Add maida and mix well.
Take a deep vessel and fill oil enough to fry 2 chicken pieces at a time. Heat oil and slowly drop chicken pieces. Fry chicken on medium high heat evenly until done. Remove the chicken on oil observant kitchen paper. Sprinkle some chat masala, fresh chopped herbs, lemon juice and serve. Enjoy!!
Tips: You can barbecue or grill this chicken on open charcoal fire or even in the grilling oven.

If doing so, do not add maida
