Chicken Sizzler :

Chicken Sizzler : 1/2 kg Chicken 4 tbsp shezwan chutney 4 tbsp red chillies sauce 2 tbsp vineger 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 egg Red colour as require 2 or 3 tbsp corn flour 1/ 4 cabbages square piece 2 or 3 capsicum cut in square piece 2 or 3 Carrot cut into finger strips 1 bunch spring onion chopped 1 onion cut in to square piece 2 onion slice Salt to taste Method : Cut chicken in cubes wash and drain keep aside then add half of all sauce egg and red colour but dont add corn flour before when frying chicken add cornflour at that time marinate chicken keep aside Take kadai then fry one by one all vegetables except spring onion now keep aside , now take huge pot fry slice onion to pinkish in colour then add remaining sauces and little red colour then put all vegetables mix well cook for a while then remove from fire , now take another kadai fry chicken piece and put in that vegetable mixture again put on fire for sometime so that chicken and all vegetables become tender serve hot ..... Sizzler 1/2kgBonless chik(boil 3/4 befor marinating) - marinate in green chillies 5-6finely chopped,1cup chopped dhaniya,11/2tsp veniger, 1tsp soya sauce, 1tsp wostersheer sauce, 1tbsp red chilli pw,1tsp haldi pw ,11/2tsp gg paste nw again cook th marinated chik for10min Veggies- 2carrot,1/2 capsicum, 4baby corn, little cauliflower, 4only onion (hari pyaz) cook all veggie n salt punch of Cook little rice ad v do For sauce add tom sauce 1cup,1/2tsp black pepper, 3-4garlic,4-5drops of olive oil n grind n tk out in other bowl 10-15 finger fries Nw plce ur sizzler plate on stove n th cabbage thn in centre rice thn left side chik right side veggies cover it th sauce n finger fries its all done njoy
