Seekh Kebab

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 kg steak mince 
1 teaspoon garlic 
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger 
1 tablespoon ground green chilli ( you can add more or less ) 
1⁄2 teaspoon chilli powder 
1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala 
1 teaspoon dhana powder 
1 teaspoon jeera powder 
2 tablespoon plain yogurt 
Handful chopped dhania (coriander) 

METHOD

Using your hand mix everything together . 
Leave this to marinade for 1 hour atleast .
Place on sticks flatten in out . 
Place on a griller and cook . 
You can use a pan to fry as well .

I serve this with green chutney 
Tomatoe and onion salsa 
Baba ganoushe 
Roti
