MATKA MURGI



Tke a breast piece chicken, mark a cut into it. Add lemon, salt, gg paste, ol sookha masala, zeera powder, tandoori powder, garam masala powder, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper sauce, worchestiere sauce, n merenate overnight. Den at da time of cookin, put matka on fire. Add butter, 2 slit green chillies n da chicken. Close matka wit sum lid. N let it cook on low flame.. check if chicken secretes more water, so drain it lil. N agn keep it on a low flame for few more minutes.
Garnish wit coriander leaves....
