Recipe of bengoli rasgulla
Dudh garam karke usme 2 spoon nimboo ka ras milaye or dudh ko phad de our ek malmal ke kapde mein dudh ko chan le or sara pani nikal kar nichod le or usse acchi terha se haatho se goondh le or uske pedhe bana le phir ek cooker mein chashni banane ke liye 3 cup pani or 1 cup sugar milale or usse garam hone par bane hua pedhe usme milade or cooker ka dhakan laga ke 8 to 10 minutes hone ke bad gas band karde or ban gaye hamare bengoli rasgulla .
