DAAL TOMATO SOUP

DAAL TOMATO SOUP

Toor daal 1 cup soaked
Tomatoes 3 big ones
Onion 1
Ginger 1inch peice 
 Garlic 5 to 6 flakes
Jeera 1tspn
Oil 1tbspn
Pepper powder 1 tspn
Salt to taste 
Method
Roughly chop the onion,ginger and garlic and keep aside  
Take a pressure cooker heat oil ... add jeera in it as it starts fluttering add the chopped onions,and g.g then add the soaked daal then add the pepper powder  n stir for a while then add the tomatoes (cut into big pieces) add some salt n water and cover the cooker n cook for 4 to 5 whistle 
After its slightly cool pour the mixture into the mixie jar n grind it... strain the mixture n give a boil... now the nutritious daal soup is ready garnish with lil coriander leaves..

ZINGER ROLL

ZINGER ROLL 

Ingredients

Chicken boneless 200 gm
Potato chips (or cornflakes) crushed 1 cup
Egg white 1
Roti (chappati) 1
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Lettuce leaves as required
Salt as required

Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, red chilli, lemon juice, garlic ginger paste for 30 minutes.
Whisk egg whites till soft peaks form.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Add flour into the chicken and mix.
Now coat each chicken piece one at a time, first in egg white and then into the potato chips/cornflakes 
Fry each chicken piece till golden brown.
Wrap each chicken piece in a chappati (roti), filling in with mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and lettuce
